  • Advertising and show the property

    tenants to determine the acceptability of the
    prospect
  • Negotiate leases to reflect current market rates
  • Collect rent, follow up on delinquencies and take
    further actions, if necessary
  • Handle tenant complaints expeditiously and after
    hour emergency call service
  • Paying bills. A sufficient reserve is established to
    pay all expenses on a timely basis, including utilities
    and taxes
  • Distribute income to owners or a designated
    account either monthly or bi-monthly
  • Inspect property and make repairs as needed
    based on necessity and secured by estimates to
    perform the work
  • Keep detailed records of all income and expenses
    and provide the owners with a monthly statement
  • We provide 24 hour, seven days a week
    emergency support line. Our clients and their
    tenants are assured of an immediate response.
    Day or night, we will be there to correct the problem.
  • We have a maintenance staff that is employed full
    time. From Electricians, plumbers, and carpenters,
    to landscape professionals, we are positioned to
    address your needs. From fixing a leaking faucet to
    a complete interior renovation, we are prepared
    and ready to respond.
  • We have a building and grounds maintenance team
    to service your building and grounds. Freshly
    painted trim, to properly cut and manicured lawn,
    we have the equipment, experience, and expertise
    to service your property.
  • During the winter season, we will ensure your
    parking lots, sidewalks, and steps are kept clean
    and safe. Our maintenance vehicles even carry
    jumper packs, should an owner or tenant need
    assistance,
  • You can rest assure that all rents will be collected,
    all expenses will be carefully reviewed before
    payment, and that a detailed report will be issued to
    our clients each month.
